Props: 1 – 3 Towels




This program is designed for getting your body ready to move when you wake up in the morning, or after your workout as a cool down, or even in the middle of the day to energize you. I recommend wearing loose fiting clothing that you can stretch in. Please note that the more layers you wear, the warmer your muscles will be and thus, more receptive to the stretch.
