Paleo Pie Crust

- 11/2 cups almond flour
- 4 Tablespoons coconut flour
- ½ cup coconut oil, melted (I used refined as it has less of a coconut flavor)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 Tablespoons arrowroot powder
- 6 Tablespoons water
- Preheat oven to 350*F.
- Grease a pie plate with coconut oil.
- Pulse together all the ingredients in a food processor until a dough has formed.
- Place dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap ( or more sustainable version).
- Roll dough to size of pie plate. Peel off top layer of wrap. Flip crust into plate and remove other side of wrap.
- Shape dough with your hands into the plate and flute the sides if necessary.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes.
- *This makes 1 crust. You will need to make it again for a pie that requires a top crust, like apple for example.
