Vegan Nutella

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and roughly cut into chunks
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ teaspoon hazelnut liquor
  • ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup hazelnut milk (bought or homemade)
Directions
  1. Using a food processor, blend the avocado, salt, liquor, and vanilla extract until the avocado is smooth (you may have to stir it a few times in between processing to scrape down the sides). Add the maple syrup and blend. Add the cocoa powder and blend. Then add the hazelnut milk and blend. Once it's smooth you are ready to eat!
