Ingredients
  • Butternut Squash, peeled and diced
  • Coconut Oil
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Toss the butternut squash into a baking dish a dot the top with 3 -4 teaspoons of coconut oil.
  3. Add salt and garlic powder taste.
  4. Cover in foil and throw in the oven for about an hour.
  5. When you retrieve it from the oven take a potato masher (or fork) and mash until it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes.
