Mashed Butternut Squash

- Butternut Squash, peeled and diced
- Coconut Oil
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Toss the butternut squash into a baking dish a dot the top with 3 -4 teaspoons of coconut oil.
- Add salt and garlic powder taste.
- Cover in foil and throw in the oven for about an hour.
- When you retrieve it from the oven take a potato masher (or fork) and mash until it’s the consistency of mashed potatoes.
