Raspberry Vinaigrette

- ½ cup lime juice (about 8 limes)
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 2 teaspoons raw apple cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until it's smooth and fully combined. Toss with your choice of salad ingredients.
