Apple Cider Oatmeal

- 31/2 cups apple cider
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Bring the cider and salt to boil.
- Lower the heat to medium and stir in the oats.
- Continue to stir until the oatmeal thickens and reaches your desired consistency (for me it's usually 6 minutes).
- When the oatmeal texture is to your liking, stir in the cinnamon.
- Feel free to add other flavors to this after it's cooked. For example, raisins, or walnuts. Make it your own!
