Roasted Asparagus
- 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
- 1-2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt
- pepper
- Preheat oven to 400*F.
- Toss the asparagus in the oil and spread them out in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Top the asparagus with a generous sprinkle of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.
- Roast for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
