Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1-2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • salt
  • pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 400*F.
  2. Toss the asparagus in the oil and spread them out in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Top the asparagus with a generous sprinkle of salt and a sprinkle of pepper.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve.
