Rutabega Hash

- 1 Rutabega peeled and diced into small pieces
- Coconut Oil or Ghee
- 2-3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Herbs de Provence (or oregano, basil, rosemary mix) to taste
- Heat the oil/ghee in a pan on medium/high heat.
- When it's warm add the rutabega and the garlic to the pan together.
- Let sit for a minute to warm, then toss.
- Add the salt and spices to taste.
- Continue to play the sit and toss game until everything is browned up and cooked through.
- Don't walk away. It takes about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
