Ingredients
  • 1 Rutabega peeled and diced into small pieces
  • Coconut Oil or Ghee
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Herbs de Provence (or oregano, basil, rosemary mix) to taste
Directions
  1. Heat the oil/ghee in a pan on medium/high heat.
  2. When it's warm add the rutabega and the garlic to the pan together.
  3. Let sit for a minute to warm, then toss.
  4. Add the salt and spices to taste.
  5. Continue to play the sit and toss game until everything is browned up and cooked through.
  6. Don't walk away. It takes about 10 minutes. Enjoy!
