Ingredients
  • 2 oz. baking chocolate
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 1 TBSPN coconut oil
  • splash organic pure vanilla extract
  • pinch salt
Directions
  1. Make a double boiler by filling a pot with water and heating.
  2. Then place a glass bowl above the pot, but don't let it touch the water.
  3. Melt the chocolate together with all the other ingredients in the glass bowl.
  4. Continue to stir it until it's fully melted and combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the chocolate mold.  It made about 6 Mickeys.
  6. Freeze for 30 mins.
  7. Eat.
  8. They will be a little messy and melty, but a perfect summer treat to cool you down and the small batch will keep you from over indulging.  However, you can easily double this recipe to make more.
