- 2 bunches cilantro
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- ½ tsp sea salt
- ¼ tsp red chili flakes
- ½ cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
- Blend everything together using a blender or food processor. Then eat as you like to top vegetables, bread, or meat!
