Sweet Potato and Avocado Snack

Ingredients
  • 1 Sweet Potato very THINLY sliced into “chips”. (pictured below)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)
  • Lemon Juice (about ½ a lemon)
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
Directions
  1. Lay out the sweet potato slices on a plate.
  2. Top each slice with a small heap of avocado.
  3. After all the slices are topped, take the lemon juice and drizzle over all the “crackers”.
  4. Then sprinkle the top of all the crackers with salt and garlic powder to taste.
