Sweet Potato and Avocado Snack

- 1 Sweet Potato very THINLY sliced into “chips”. (pictured below)
- 1 avocado (cubed)
- Lemon Juice (about ½ a lemon)
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Lay out the sweet potato slices on a plate.
- Top each slice with a small heap of avocado.
- After all the slices are topped, take the lemon juice and drizzle over all the “crackers”.
- Then sprinkle the top of all the crackers with salt and garlic powder to taste.
