Tomato Salad

- 2-3 large garden fresh tomatoes, diced
- 1-2 celery stalks, diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 basil leaves, minced (optional)
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¾ teaspoon dried oregano
- Stir everything together and chill for about 30 minutes.
- Serve with bread to dip in it.
