Balsamic Vinaigrette
This is an easy way to change up your salad game. I’ve pictured it with a salad of romaine lettuce, roasted grapes, goat cheese, and toasted walnuts.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable (or olive) oil
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and pour over salad.
