Buffalo Cauliflower
One of my favorite flavors is buffalo sauce. It’s a major weakness for me and one of the things I missed the most when I was a vegetarian. However, now I know how to make buffalo sauce and I can have my veggies and my buffalo sauce too. Give these a try and spice up dinner any day of the week.
Ingredients:
One head of cauliflower cut into florets
avocado oil
salt
1/2 cup “Frank’s Red Hot” sauce
2 tablespoons ghee (or clarefied butter)
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400*F. Toss the cauliflower florets in oil and spread in an even layer on a baking sheet. Add a layer of salt and roast for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat up “Frank’s Red Hot” sauce with ghee in a saucepan on the stovetop and mix together well. Once the sauce is fully incorporated, toss the cauliflower in the sauce.
