Chimichurri Sauce

This sauce is so easy, quick and delicious. Not only that, it’s versatile. It can be used as a dressing for salad, dip for crudite or bread, spread for a sandwich, a marinade or even a topping for meat as pictured. It’s super quick if you use a food processor, but I’ve made this without the food processor when I have been without one. You just need to do a lot more chopping. Give it a try and let me know how it goes!
Ingredients:
2 bunches cilantro
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 cup good quality extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
Blend everything together using a blender or food processor. Then eat as you like to top vegetables, bread, or meat!
