Fudge Popsicles

(makes 6 servings)

These are the perfect sweet treat to cool down with in the summer.  I believe you could also make it with just 2 avocados, or just 2 bananas, depending on what you have in the pantry.  Feel free o play around with it.

Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe banana
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 1/2 teaspoons melted coconut oil

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in the food processor until smooth.
Pour into Popsicle molds and freeze overnight.

To eat, warm the Popsicle mold until it loosens enough to slide off (I just use my hands).

Eat the remaining fudge pop!
