Ginger Dressing

(Adapted from Food and Wine)

This recipe is the perfect match for homemade Asian stir fry.  It pairs well with a salad of greens of your choice, roasted mushrooms, snap peas, scallions, and sesame seeds to keep the asian flavors present.

Ingredients:

1 tablespoon minced ginger

1 tablespoon minced shallot

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon coconut aminos

1/3 cup avocado oil

Directions:

Blend together the ingredients in a blender until smooth and cohesive.
