For this recipe, I usually just use a regular serving teaspoon, rather than a measuring teaspoon.  It’s easier and makes this recipe more of a “g0-to” you can make in minutes.  I guarantee you will memorize it quickly and just be able to make it on a whim!  Enjoy!


1 cup boiling hot water

2 teaspoons cocoa powder

4 teaspoons maple syrup

splash vanilla extract

pinch of salt

Splash of almond milk

optional: 1 teaspoon collagen peptides


Boil your water.

In your desired mug, stir together the rest of the ingredients until smooth and shiny.

Then pour in the hot water and stir together.

Add the almond milk and collagen, if using.
