Grain Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free Pie Crust

Ingredients:
11/2 cups almond flour
4 Tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted (I used refined as it has less of a coconut flavor)
1 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons arrowroot powder
6 Tablespoons water


Directions:
Preheat oven to 350*F.

Grease a pie plate with coconut oil.

Pulse together all the ingredients in a food processor until a dough has formed.

Place dough between 2 sheets of plastic wrap ( or more sustainable version).

Roll dough to size of pie plate. Peel off top layer of wrap. Flip crust into plate and remove other side of wrap.

Shape dough with your hands into the plate and flute the sides if necessary.

Bake for 25-35 minutes.

*This makes 1 crust. You will need to make it again for a pie that requires a top crust, like apple for example.
