Grandma’s Tomato Salad
This tomato salad is the hit of every summer barbecue my family holds. It’s the star dish that everyone looks for on the table when tomato season arrives. We like to eat is as a side with dinner, or alone for lunch. But the real treat is the juice from the tomatoes that’s left at the bottom of the bowl. We all grab a hunk of bread and start dunking in the delicious juice. It’s really addicitng and there is never a drop left in the bowl. Alternately, you could serve this on top of toast just like bruschetta. Either way it’s sure to become a summer favorite in your household too!
